PAYMENT
Cosmic Beauty accepts cash and card. Card payments are subject to a 3% service charge.
GUESTS
We love keeping appointments calm and focused, but we know life happens. If you need to bring a child, stroller, or another guest, give Cosmic Beauty a call before booking and we'll do our best to find a time that works. Weekdays generally offer the most flexibility for these situations.
POLICIES
APPOINTMENT RETAINER
For services totaling $200 or more, a $100 retainer is required to secure your appointment. Please call Cosmic Beauty to arrange your retainer payment. The retainer is applied toward your service total.
CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a partial retainer being retained.
No-call/no-show appointments will result in the full $100 retainer being retained.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
If something about your service isn't quite right, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. I'm happy to make an adjustment when appropriate.
This does not include changes of mind about your cut, color, or style, or services that are part of a longer-term plan where the final result develops over multiple appointments.
RETAIL
Unused and unopened retail products may be returned to Cosmic Beauty within 14 days of purchase.
